Our second newsletter in our new routine of producing two each year – one in the Spring and one in the Autumn. A huge vote of thanks is due to our editor Robin Black who collates our contributions and into the outstanding newsletter you are now reading.
The Summer weather has been wonderful with warm and sometimes hot conditions. Bandstand concerts enjoyed almost 100% good weather with only one cancellation. Our ‘non- musical ‘ events’ programme was an amazing success with our Events Manager Viv Ward being delighted to have almost all fully booked and many with waiting lists. Here is what we offered to our members, and things you may look forward to in the coming months.
