VOLUNTEERING – BOOKINGS

BANDSTAND

BOOKING AVAILABILITY:
We need 1 Assistant on a Saturday and 4 Assistants in total on a Sunday. Can you help?
ASSISTANT 1:
  • There is 1 Time Slot for “Assistant 1” on Saturdays
    • – AFTERNOON: 13:30am to 16:30pm
  • There are 2 Time Slots for “Assistant 1” on Sundays and Bank Holidays
    • – EARLY: 11:30am to 14:30pm
    • – AFTERNOON: 14.30pm to 17.30pm
ASSISTANT 2:
  • There are 2 Time Slots for “Assistant 2” on Sundays and Bank Holidays
    • – EARLY: 11:30am to 14:30pm
    • – AFTERNOON: 14.30pm to 17.30pm
VIEWING AND MAKING BOOKINGS
– To see ALL Calendar Bookings, click the ‘View & Book’ buttons on BOTH Calendar Blocks.
– You can only make 1 Calendar Booking at a time for EITHER Assistant 1 or Assistant 2.
